You need to contact the person in charge of the visa process when you come to Mongolia after getting E2 visa. It is better to come to Mongolia during week days, because you have to have a registration submission to the Immigration website for your arrival in Mongolia within 48 hours. For the residence permit, you need to submit within 21 days after your arrival in Mongolia.
